本制品是2×采用SYBR® Green I嵌合熒光法進行real-time PCR的專用預混試劑。制品中含有real-time PCR反應的最適濃度SYBR® Green I及****的反應緩沖體系，Taq酶，dNTPs和校正染料ROX。進行實驗時，PCR反應液的配制十分方便簡單，只須將2×SG Green qPCR Mix稀釋至終濃度1×，在反應體系中加入模板和引物即可。具有快速、靈敏度高、特異性強、穩定性好等優點。本制品適合于快速real-time PCR的擴增反應，可以在寬廣的定量區域內得到良好的標準曲線，對目的基因進行準確定量，重復性好。熒光染料SYBR® Green I僅與雙鏈DNA結合后發出熒光，通過檢測反應體系中的SYBR® Green I熒光強度，達到實時檢測PCR產物擴增量的目的，可以對目的基因進行準確定量。

產品儲存條件
